Job summary

Accelera is seeking a highly organized professional to assist with experimental manufacturing initiatives. You will manage inventory, develop routings, coordinate material movement, and resolve technical challenges to keep production running efficiently.

The role requires strong MS Office proficiency (Excel), capability to read 2D drawings, and experience with CREO/AutoCAD. Collaboration with multiple departments and focus on data-driven reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing tech or engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to read 2D drawings and prints.
• Familiarity with CREO and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP systems.
• Understanding inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing routings for experimental production builds.
• Create fabrication programs to support operational efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret technical part prints.
• Track production inventory to forecast material needs.
• Facilitate stock transfers to maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline material transfers.
• Collaborate with Supply Management to ensure component availability.
• Generate daily/weekly status reports using MS Office.
• Design and model basic parts for shop floor applications.
• Provide technical support for engineering part requests.
• Identify and correct errors in laser programs and routings to improve output.
