Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop region-specific strategic plan for vehicle usage.
• Coordinate end-to-end activation logistics and scheduling.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and on-board systems checks.
• Prepare regional program plans and post-event recaps.
• Manage budgets and engage with mechanics, artists, and vendors.
