Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Experiential Therapy professional to plan and facilitate leisure and recreational groups for patients and residents.

You will coordinate programming, maintain safety and equipment standards, and complete documentation while remaining flexible to schedule changes and new programs. A Bachelor's degree in art, music, dance, recreation/fitness is preferred, with CPR certification within 30 days and annual refreshers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire, with annual recertification.
• Formal training in management of aggressive patients with annual recertification, including self-defense.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate leisure and recreational groups.
• Coordinate programming to meet patient/resident interests and complete documentation for groups.
• Maintain the safety and equipment standards of the Experiential Therapy department.
• Be flexible with work assignments, including schedule changes and program additions.
