Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Experiential Therapist I to develop, implement, and evaluate experiential therapy programs across multiple treatment areas. You will work with interdisciplinary staff to deliver expressive activities such as adventure-based and environmental therapies, arts, sports, and group initiatives.

The role requires a BS/BA in a relevant field, with a Master’s preferred, professional certifications, and a commitment to safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in experiential therapy environments.
• Ability to plan and coordinate therapy programming.
• Strong documentation and treatment planning skills.
• Knowledge of psychosocial functioning and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiential therapy sessions as scheduled.
• Evaluate and coordinate programming to meet patient needs.
• Maintain therapy environments for safety and supplies.
• Complete treatment plans and therapy documentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Attend mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
• Meet with department manager for guidance and program evaluation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
