Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event marketing or sponsorship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and project management abilities.
• Willing to travel up to 15% and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sponsor management and relationships.
• Implement sponsor activations from pre-event planning to onsite execution.
• Support presale strategy, sponsorship acquisition, and partner ideation.
• Manage multiple sponsor programs with timelines and deliverables.
• Anticipate client needs and provide solutions in a fast-paced event environment.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on RFP responses and program development.
• Coordinate with event marketing and operations to integrate sponsors across events.
