• 1+ years in sponsorship activation, experiential marketing, event production, or partnership management.
• Experience executing sponsorship agreements and managing post-sale deliverables.
• Strong project management with multiple events, sponsors, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of corporate sponsorships, deliverables, and activations.
• Serve as on-site liaison for sponsors and oversee activation execution.
• Coordinate sponsor experiences across performances, festivals, and hospitality events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver co-branded content and campaigns.
• Oversee on-site event logistics and working with venue staff and partners.
• Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain sponsorship records and reporting using project tools.
• Troubleshoot challenges during events and adjust for optimal sponsor experience.
• Support development of custom sponsorship experiences including VIP hospitality.
• Assist senior leaders with budgets, sourcing, and expense tracking.
• Build relationships with sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed on trends in experiential marketing and brand partnerships.
