Thinkingbox is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the planning and execution of integrated projects across experiential, content, social, and digital. You will collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, Creative teams, and external partners to keep projects running smoothly from kickoff through delivery.

This role thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, with problem-solving and a drive to grow your production career across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a related role, ideally within an agency or production environment.
• Experience or strong interest in experiential, content, social, and digital production.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Producers and Project Managers on experiential, content, strategy, social, and digital projects.
• Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and production calendars.
• Help coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partners.
• Track project deliverables, assets, and approvals.
• Prepare call sheets, production documents, and status updates.
• Assist with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Help ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support on set or on-site production as needed.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams.
