Job summary

Derse seeks an Associate Multimedia Designer to join our Milwaukee team. You will create multimedia designs for client productions, from graphic skins to panel layouts and digital interfaces, using your eye for detail and strong layout skills.

Responsibilities include supporting new business on small projects, maintaining files, and ensuring deliverables meet policy and quality standards. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in related design field or 3–5 years multimedia design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with packaging and production is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Support new business development on small scale projects.
• Maintain existing client productions.
• Develop multimedia designs: skins, layouts, digital interfaces, navigation, animation.
• Comply with Creative Deliverables policy.
• Maintain working knowledge of Derse creative software.
• Organize and manage project files on the server.
• Collaborate with Creative Team Coordinators on resources and hours.
• Stay current with design trends and tools.
• Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Handle additional duties to assist client needs.
