Job summary

Encore is seeking an Experience Designer to conceive human-centered design solutions and articulate integrated physical and digital experiences. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and report to the Group Creative Director, shaping concepts from concept to execution across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality creative output, visualizing ideas with 3D tools, and maintaining industry-leading standards within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• BFA/BS degree in environmental design, architecture, graphic design or related field.
• 3+ years of design and creative experience with working knowledge of creative and strategic disciplines.
• A portfolio demonstrating integrated and experiential design across a range of different mediums.
• Hands-on knowledge of environmental design, branding, trade show, or human-centered design disciplines.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ability to take designs from concept to execution.
• Experienced working within a larger creative team and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Working proficiency in 3d Studio MAX, Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Keynote or similar programs
• Elevated project management skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
• A positive approach to teamwork and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize high-quality, medium-complexity experiences and environmental design across multiple channels with a working understanding of how elements function together as part of the integrated customer journey.
• Partner with senior experience designers and creative leads to develop concepts and strategies to translate business priorities into creative output.
• Deliver integrated experiential concepts as directed that solve problems for clients and add value to their brand experiences and events.
• Participate in internal creative presentations to internal stakeholders, effectively representing concepts and solutions to influence sell-through to clients.
• Uphold the highest creative standards, always striving to ensure the highest quality.
• Ability to visualize concepts using various tools and methods such as 3D modeling/rendering, developing control drawings, photo compositing, mood boards, story boards, and written treatments.
• Mid-level ability with tools such as Autodesk 3d Studio MAX with Vray workflow, Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
