Machina Labs in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to design immersive factory experiences that engage customers and accelerate the sales pipeline. The role leads field marketing activities—factory tours, product launches, and large-scale activations—while partnering with engineering, production, and BD to demonstrate our software-defined factories.

Candidates should have 8+ years in high-growth tech/manufacturing marketing and a proven track record of scaling

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field or experiential marketing experience in technology/manufacturing/defense or related industries.
• Proven track record of creating memorable in-person experiences and scaling them as the company grows.
• Strong point of view on experiential marketing and continuous improvement of experiences.
• Ability to build trust and deliver results with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Comfort navigating complex environments and demanding logistics.
• Resourceful budgeting and creative use of company products and capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and execution for all field marketing activities including factory tours, trade shows, partner events, product launches and activations.
• Transform factories, products, and manufacturing tech into compelling physical experiences onsite and in the field.
• Build out the factory showroom and create repeatable experiences for customers and partners.
• Develop activations tailored to defense and automotive audiences and business objectives.
• Serve as creative/operational linchpin across marketing with brand, content, PR, social, and digital teams.
• Partner with BD and Exec Leadership to turn visits and demonstrations into scalable engagement engines.
• Build, lead, and scale an events organization with external partners and contractors.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, facilities, and compliance to ensure safety and priorities are met.
• Extend beyond events to support digital growth, community building, and partner marketing.
