Salt XC, a full-service agency, is seeking an Account Executive in Dallas, TX. You will support the accounts team, oversee small to medium programs, and coordinate with a larger team on bigger initiatives.

Ideal candidates are organized, passionate about client relations, and able to lead onsite executors when required. Strong communication, budgeting, and collaboration skills are essential to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in experiential marketing.
• 1–3 years in event production and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders (creative, design, digital).
• Experience collaborating with external stakeholders (vendors, brand ambassadors, venues).
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage program budgets.
• Excellent active listening and time management skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
• Strong foundational technology skills – familiarity with O365, social & digital media.
• Passion for marketing & partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Executing with excellence on behalf of the clients.
• Communicating with clients as required to understand their needs, deliver this information back to your direct manager and team, and execute accordingly.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of client products and services.
• Identifying and informing on industry trends.
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behaviour, before programs and after.
• Acting as an extension of your client throughout planning, execution and wrap up – always keeping your client’s needs top of mind.
