Job summary

Saint Peter’s University is seeking a Coordinator of Student Employment and Experiential Learning in Jersey City. You will oversee the Campus Jobs program, Federal Work-Study, and credited internships, ensuring compliance and coordination with HR, Financial Aid, and academic departments.

You will provide direct career coaching to students, design readiness workshops, and drive integration of career outcomes with campus employment and internships. Evening or weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least two years’ experience in career services, student employment, internships, or related area.
• Experience advising, coaching, training, orientation, or student-facing services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of Campus Jobs and related programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and procedures.
• Provide individualized career coaching and develop readiness programs.
