Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and vector workflows.
• Experience with gradients, noise, texture, and other advanced graphic treatments.
• Experience designing for large-format print and environmental graphics.
• Experience in experiential marketing, event design, or trade show graphics.
• Ability to translate concepts from 2D into physical environments.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency.

Responsibilities

• Support Art Directors from concepts through production handoff.
• Develop graphic concepts and comps for event environments.
• Create 2D designs at scale and translate concepts into renderings.
• Develop elevations and visual representations of environmental designs.
• Design large-format graphics considering scale and production needs.
• Translate brand guidelines into polished event assets.
• Collaborate with teams to refine concepts and prep for production.
