Job summary

Aspen One seeks an Experience Manager to lead creation, incubation, selling and execution of private and public experiences across Aspen One. You will work closely with the Experience Director and cross-functional teams to deliver flawlessly executed events that delight guests.

The role is client-facing and requires on-site leadership, staff management, and a focus on growth. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 with bonus eligibility; applications accepted through September 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience delivering high levels of guest service
• At least 2 years of experience working events
• Bi-lingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Ideate, curate, deliver and incubate world-class experiences across Aspen One
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Operations and Mountain Operations to align experiences with company goals
• Identify market trends and drive innovation for new experiences
• Oversee on-site management of staff during events and ensure exceptional guest service
• Sell experiences across channels and build a pipeline of clients to meet revenue targets
• Develop relationships with guests and personalize service
• Manage staff hiring and on-site staffing during events
• Coordinate with partners and brands to execute experiences flawlessly
