We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our Events team to support the planning and execution of all scheduled events, both internal and external, keeping deadlines,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience supporting conventions, trade shows, festivals, sports/collectibles events, gaming events, or experiential activations.
• Calm under pressure and able to pivot quickly and solve problems effectively.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• A self-starter who is operationally minded and self-directed.
• Collaborative with other departments.
• Organized, with strong attention to detail.
• A valid, unexpired Driver’s License is required to apply for this position.
• A valid, unexpired passport is required to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage deadlines for multiple events.
• Coordinate all event needs with vendors — signage, utilities, furniture, décor, and other items for shows.
• Track costs and report financial concerns in a timely manner.
• Keep event costs within budget and flag risks to the Event Director.
