Job summary

Crush Studio seeks an Event Manager who will own the full lifecycle of experiential projects—from opportunity handoff through final reconciliation and client sign-off. You are the primary client contact, the on-site decision-maker, and the driver of budgets, timelines, and internal coordination to ensure every detail aligns with the client’s vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event, experiential production, or design/production industries.
• Able to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Strong communication and leadership across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own client communication from kickoff through post-mortem and manage approvals.
• Build and own project timelines, run of show, and production docs.
• Lead weekly meetings, track action items, and coordinate vendors.
