Job summary

Okta is seeking an Events & Experiences Designer to drive the company’s physical presence across our global event calendar. You will partner with art directors, creative leads, and event marketing to concept, build, and produce work for flagship moments and third-party activations.

This role requires 4+ years of experiential design, strong production fluency, and mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experiential design, spatial graphics, or event production experience.
• Experience preparing large-format prints and environmental graphics for physical builds.
• Proven ability to manage overlapping timelines and fabrication challenges.

Responsibilities

• Concept & Spatial Execution: translate briefs into large-format booth graphics and layouts.
• End-to-End Production Ownership: deliver press-ready art files for vendors and print.
• Scale the Experiential System: implement and evolve the modular design system across events.
• Multi-Track Project Management: manage several activations across stages with accuracy.
• Cross-Functional & Vendor Partnership: collaborate with marketing teams and fabrication partners.
• Brand Quality Assurance: review proofs and ensure high craft for all touchpoints.
