Job summary

You will craft theme recipes using focal items, engage customers with hands-on experiences, and drive sales through expert ingredient knowledge and service.

You will also support merchandising, sign updates, and daily prep for demonstrations, while mentoring guests with menu planning and live tastings, aligned to local tastes and dietary needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience related to food, cooking, or sales in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of multiple ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Advanced communication skills and strong customer service mindset.
• Merchandising and display planning experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs selling activation events in the Cooking Connection kitchen.
• Engages Customers with recipes and food experiences to drive sales.
• Demonstrates cooking methods and recipe preparation with high efficiency.
• Provides beverage pairings and product recommendations.
• Maintains kitchen A+ standards, signage, and merchandising displays.
• Assists in Cooking classes, wine education, and dinner series when applicable.
