Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of experience in brand marketing, events, promotions, or customer engagement (retail/hospitality/experiential marketing a plus).
• Outgoing, personable, and confident speaking with diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and community events from start to finish.
• Oversee event set-up, signage, and logistics for polished execution.
• Engage attendees, answer questions, and provide product information with enthusiasm.
• Gather customer feedback and event insights to improve future activations.
• Partner with marketing and sales to align events with brand goals and campaigns.
• Contribute ideas for new events and experiential initiatives.
• Represent the brand voice and values in every interaction.
