Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age due to Virginia A.B.C. § 4.1-307
• Previous restaurant server or guest relations experience
• Demonstrated excellent public contact skills
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, extensive use of stairs
• Adhere to 18th century dress code
• Must obtain food handler’s card and TIPS certification; active card/cert preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve guests food and beverages in the manner and style of an 18th-century eating establishment.
• Describe and explain 18th-century taverns to guests.
• Process orders through Point-of-Sale system.
