Job summary

Alliance Workforce Management is seeking experienced welders for a full-time role in Tulsa. The Welder will perform TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel per customer specs and production standards.

The candidate must read blueprints and specifications, set up welding equipment, and inspect welds for quality. Safety practices and teamwork are essential in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding processes.
• Ability to weld aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, patterns, and technical specifications.
• Experience operating manual and automatic welding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on carbon steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, patterns, templates, and verbal instructions.
• Maintain weld dimensions, penetration, and quality according to customer and manufacturing requirements.
• Set up, adjust, and operate manual and automatic welding machines.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, defects, and compliance with specifications.
• Work with fabrication teams to ensure proper fit-up and alignment of materials.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols.
• Document work performed and follow production guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
