Join Our Welding Department Team!

We are looking for team members who enjoy welding and want to learn more on the job. You will work on creating service boxes and truck parts, welding various metals, and performing repairs to ensure quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Set up fixtures and perform tack welding on ferrous and non-ferrous metals of various gauges.
• Assemble and weld metal parts according to IMT standards.
• Cut, fit, heat, bend, and rebuild parts as directed, including weld repairs.
• Operate overhead cranes safely.
• Be a reliable and punctual team member.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of welding experience.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to read measuring instruments.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of welding experience.
• HS diploma or GED.
