Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external clients via email regarding shipment status and pickup coordination.
• Process delivery notes in SAP using appropriate modules.
• Generate packing slips manually through Excel and Navigation systems.
• Perform and coordinate weekly cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Schedule freight pickups via email and transportation portals.
• Prepare parcels for mailing and maintain safe, clean work area.
