Job description

Artisan Colour, a leading commercial printer and fulfillment company based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, is hiring an experienced warehouse associate to support order fulfillment, inventory intake, and general operations at our warehouse facility.

In this role, you’ll play an active role in daily shipping, receiving, and material handling. You will also train directly with the Warehouse Manager to take on more advanced responsibilities over time. What You’ll Do:

• Fulfillment Support: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Inventory Intake: Receive and document inbound materials for stocking.
• Material Placement: Relocate inventory to designated locations and maintain shelf accuracy.
• Equipment Operation: Operate standing forklifts, mechanized lifts, and basic warehouse tools.
• Cross-Team Support: Assist at the main facility or other local facilities, as needed.
• Keep Things Clean: Maintain clear aisles, clean workstations, and safe storage throughout the day.
• Contribute ideas: Collaborate with the team on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Skills: Comfortable using spreadsheets, reading pick tickets, working with warehouse data systems, and following standard operating procedures.
• Equipment Experience: Ability to operate a standing forklift and operate a mechanized lift.
• Dependable & Consistent: Be ready to support extended shifts during busy periods, including occasional overtime.
• Physically Capable: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, move consistently, and work on your feet for the full shift.
• Organized & Focused: Keeps inventory organized and communicates clearly with the team.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift (7 am - 3 pm)
• Day Shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime As Needed
