Job summary

Hickman9;s Family Farms is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for the Arlington North Plant in Arlington, AZ. The role covers dry and refrigerated storage, inventory control, and loading/unloading duties in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and recording materials, operating forklifts and NAVISION ERP, and maintaining safe, organized work areas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of adapting to varying temperatures

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow all safety protocols.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks and become certified if needed.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with front office staff regarding incoming loads and material needs.
• Receive, verify, and accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Load and unload trailers, including inspecting trailers and verifying temperatures when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts, cycle counts, and proper documentation.
• Follow FIFO procedures to ensure proper product rotation.
• Operate scanners and ERP systems (NAVISION) for product tracking and bin movements.
• Complete daily paperwork for inventory, loading, and unloading activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and cooler environments.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all GMP, SOP, and safety requirements.
