Job summary

Cedar Crest Farms in West Michigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick, palletize, and load products in a cold storage environment, using electric pallet jacks and forklifts. You will maintain inventory accuracy and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires being detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in extreme cold. A High School Diploma is preferred, with Hi/Lo license or forklift experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or order selection experience preferred.
• Hi/Lo or forklift operator license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and pick products for customer orders according to specifications.
• Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
• Stage and load products onto trailers for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and dock areas.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in cross-functional warehouse areas as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
