Job summary

VetSelect Animal Hospital of Novi, Novi, MI, is seeking an experienced or licensed Veterinary Technician to join our small animal practice focused on wellness and high-quality care. You will work closely with veterinarians to deliver exceptional patient care and education to clients.

We offer a four-day workweek with rotating Saturdays, competitive compensation commensurate with education and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional

• Minimum one year veterinary experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing core veterinary technician skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and collect samples for diagnostic testing.
• Perform in-house laboratory tests.
• Safely handle and restrain patients; administer treatments as directed.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Educate clients about their pets’ care and veterinary recommendations.
• Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and procedures.

What Our Veterinary Technicians Do
