Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to support triage, lab work, imaging, and patient care in a fast-paced veterinary setting. The role requires strong communication with clients and the ability to assist with anesthesia and surgeries.

The position offers full-time hours in Trinity, FL with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for ongoing training and career development.

Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Pet restraint, triage incoming patients, collection and analysis of lab samples, diagnostic imaging, management and nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases with varying degrees of stability, administration of medications, effective communication of treatment plans with clients, surgical preparation and assistance, and anesthetic management.


• Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

We're Looking For

• An experienced Veterinary Assistant with a minimum of 1-year experience preferred.

Pay Range: $16-$17/hr
