VCA Seaside Animal Hospital in Calabash, NC is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team at our AAHA-accredited GP practice! Surgical experience is required.

Bonus: $500 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills working with a rapidly growing team of doctors and expand your knowledge in a well-reputed veterinary hospital. Our state-of-the-art facility includes digital radiology (whole body and dental), cold laser therapy, ultrasonography, and a dedicated surgical suite. You will be challenged to grow and learn with a team that will fully support you along the way!

The ideal candidate is someone interested in career progression, a team player who is mature, dependable, positive, a multitasker with excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in becoming a leader. Prior experience in surgery, anesthesia, and nursing care is required. Experienced assistants are asked to think analytically through patient needs and the disease process to deliver the highest quality care.
