Job summary

VCA Seaside Animal Hospital in Calabash, NC is seeking a Full Time Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our AAHA-accredited GP practice. Surgical experience is required and you will work with a growing team of doctors.

VCA Seaside Animal Hospital in Calabash, NC is seeking a Full Time Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team at our AAHA- accredited GP practice! Surgical experience required.

Our state of the art facility includes digital radiology-whole body and dental, cold laser therapy, ultrasonography, and a dedicated surgical suite. The ideal candidate is someone interested in career progression, will be a team player who is mature, dependable, positive multitasker with excellent communication and strong interest in becoming a leader. Prior experience in surgery, anesthesia, and nursing care is required. Experienced assistants are asked to think analytically through patient needs and the disease process in order to deliver the highest quality care.

Compensation

$16.00 - $18.00 / hr is based on skill set, experience, and licensure status
