Job summary

ERMCO, Inc. is seeking an Experienced VDC Engineer to develop and implement construction installation standards for multiple projects. You will generate detailed 3D electrical models, installation drawings, feeder schedules, and fabrication docs, coordinating with field teams to avoid conflicts.

The role involves in-office or jobsite work, reporting to the VDC Team Lead, and requires regular coordination with account management and project teams to improve workflows and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Journeyman Electrician with 2 years VDC/Electrical experience in the Field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage project deliverables per ERMCO standards.
• Develop and coordinate 3D electrical models and installation drawings.
• Create feeder schedules and fabrication documentation.
• Coordinate electrical systems to avoid conflicts.
• Attend meetings and support project planning to improve workflows.
