Anderson Automotive Group in Fredericksburg is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join our expanding family of service providers. You will perform factory scheduled maintenance and use diagnostic procedures to ensure quality repairs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technician experience preferred.
• ASE certifications encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns.
• Communicate repairs and needs with service advisors.
• Present vehicles in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with service department staff.
• Attend ongoing training to advance knowledge.
