Job summary

JEFF WYLER CDJR of Ft. Thomas is seeking experienced Used Car Technicians to join a busy service department.

You will inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair used vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and road readiness, with emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We value skilled technicians who work independently, take pride in their craft, and welcome paid ASE certification training and ongoing development in a climate-controlled shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems, equipment, and tools.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose used vehicles for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform maintenance and repair work as directed.
• Replace faulty or worn components to restore vehicle safety and reliability.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and operation.
• Accurately document all work performed and communicate findings to service advisors or customers.
