Responsibilities
  • Perform factory‑scheduled maintenance and follow manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures
  • Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues
  • Communicate with service advisors regarding repairs and additional vehicle needs
  • Deliver high‑quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles
  • Collaborate with the service department team to provide optimal customer service
  • Participate in classes and training to advance technical knowledge
  • Stay current on product releases and vehicle maintenance requirements
  • Maintain strong communication and organizational skills
  • Focus on delivering the best service experience for every customer
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of technician experience
  • Ability to conduct repair orders and mechanical work on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • One or more ASE certifications
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Consistency in producing quality work and fixing issues the first time
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to answer vehicle and dealership questions and the ambition to pursue Master Technician certification
