Circle Concepts LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a friendly, professional Server to deliver attentive dining experiences in our upscale-casual concept. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and help guests navigate the menu, with a focus on wine knowledge and premium experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of server experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server or in a similar role.
• Ability to work Sundays and Mondays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Take orders and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items
• Ability to sell Features and Premium bottles of wine
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and washing dishes and utensils
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
• Other duties as assigned

Introduction

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will also have experience in a similar or comparable upscale-casual restaurant concept. This post is not for Servers with under (2) years of current experience. Society hosts a unique combination of guests. Therefore we require a certain level of experience, food knowledge and alcohol/wine knowledge.
