Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a seasoned Contracts Manager to coordinate commercial activities for contractor agreements across Facility Services, Procurement and external vendors. You will lead negotiations, maintain a master contract register and track milestones, notices, and expiration dates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• MBA or related Master’s preferred but not mandatory.
• 3+ years in a project management role; 5+ years in contract management, preferably in high-tech infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will serve as the central liaison for all commercial activities related to contractor agreements, ensuring seamless alignment between Facility Services (FS), Procurement, and external vendors. Key duties include coordinating the negotiation and execution of contract terms and amendments, maintaining comprehensive contract registers and documentation, and tracking obligations, milestones, deliverables, notices, and expiration dates. The role gathers and analyzes data for RFPs from FS, passes it to Procurement, and supports vendor registration, contractor onboarding, and contract close‑out processes. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
