Vendors perform maintenance, implement projects, and document activity under contract with PCS. You'll be responsible to track the performance of these activities.**Role and Responsibilities****Here's what you'll be responsible for:*** Following company policies and local, state, and federal laws and best practices within functional area to provide customer service including: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.* Performs clerical duties such as making copies, filing, organizing, and paying invoices.* Answering phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.* Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.* Researching, analyzing results and presenting potential solutions/ recommendations.* Preparing reports and executive summaries.**Skills and Qualifications****Here's what you'll need:*** A Bachelor’s or technical degree (or equivalent) is preferred.* Minimum 0–3 years experience with spreadsheets, inventory management, project management.* Prior Microsoft Office software (Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience and basic project management skills.All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor require you to be onsite.
