Qualifications

• Required: Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting.
• Preferred: Two or more years of early childhood teaching experience.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a CDA credential.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging toddler classroom alongside your co-teacher.
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities using Primrose's Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Maintain classroom routines and use positive behavior guidance strategies.
• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental milestones.
• Ensure constant, active supervision and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
