Job summary

The Learning Experience #430 is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team and help children learn, play, grow, and thrive in a nurturing setting.

As an Experienced ToddlerTeacher, you will create welcoming classrooms, implement the LEAP Curriculum across age groups, and regularly communicate with parents about their children’s adventures and milestones, while collaborating with center staff to support enrollment and center success.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred, or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.
• State licensing requirements apply to the role.

• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum across infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.

• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and milestones.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.

As an Experienced ToddlerTeacher, you will:

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
