The Learning Experience is seeking an Experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team. You will create a welcoming classroom for toddlers, using the LEAP Curriculum and fostering a love of learning.

We support growth through ongoing training and leadership pathways. Applicants should have at least six months of teaching experience or one year preferred, and an associate degree in ECE or related field (or a high school diploma with licensing).

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for toddlers.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum across infants, toddlers, or preschoolers as appropriate.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff to support enrollment and center success.

As an Experienced ToddlerTeacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
