Fashionphile is seeking a Sr. Live Engagement Specialist to host TikTok live sessions in person in Carlsbad, CA. You will manage chat, highlight products, and drive interest and sales while delivering a positive, interactive viewing experience.

The role requires high energy, quick responses in real-time chat, and the ability to multitask across pins, comments, and live moderator duties for the full session duration, including occasional nights and weekends.

• Reliable attendance to show up and run TikTok live sessions.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to respond quickly and clearly in real-time chat environments.
• High energy and comfort engaging with online audiences in a fast-paced, live setting.
