What We're Looking For

• Tech School diploma/certificate
• 5 years of experience in welding
• Experience in TIG & MIG welding
• Welding experience with stainless .030” and .045” materials
• Good manual dexterity
• Experience in a machine shop, CNCs, and manual lathes is a plus
• Team player who understands they will not weld 100% of the time
• Must pass practical weld tests in both MIG & TIG disciplines

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical manual labor for ten hours a day, including overtime
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds continuously
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to take precise measurements with inspection tools
• Ability to work in a physically active environment involving walking, standing, lifting, twisting, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
