Job Description

Location:Remote

Pay Rate:$25-$28 Per Hour DOE

SQUAN is seeking multiple motivated and detail-oriented experienced Telecom Permit Coordinators to join our growing team! You will work closely with project managers, local government officials, and other team members to ensure permits are obtained in a timely and compliant manner. You must have previous experience working in the telecom field as a permit coordinator.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting permit applications for various telecom projects
  • Organize and maintain files and databases related to permits
  • Support communication with city, county, and state agencies to follow up on permit status, requirements, and potential issues
  • Work under the guidelines of senior coordinators to ensure all permits and applications meet local, state, and federal regulations
  • Update and monitor permit trackers to provide regular updates for all workflow related to permitting

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work well within a team environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 or older
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of previous Telecom Permitting Experience
  • Experience with creating and submitting permit applications
