Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Journeyman or A-Level preferred).
• Strong diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• CDK dealer management software experience is a plus.
• Commitment to customer service in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs per repair orders following dealer and manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose major vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, and A/C.
• Use diagnostic tools to test-drive and assess components.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to estimate times and identify additional needed work.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Journeyman or A-Level preferred).
• Technical Mastery: Strong A-level capabilities in advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Tools & Tech: Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment; experience with CDK dealer management software is a strong plus.
