Job summary

D.A. Davidson & Co. in New York, NY seeks an Experienced Analyst to join the Investment Banking Technology Group.

You will work with senior bankers on mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and other advisory services, with training through Wall Street Prep during the first year and progression to Associate after three years. The program includes mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities for promotion within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• 1 year to 18 months experience in Sell-Side M&A.
• Strong knowledge of business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic corporate finance and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and team orientation.
• Able to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team within the Technology industry vertical and develop industry knowledge.
• Support the team’s projects, including business development and investment banking transactions.
• Create financial analysis for company valuation, projections and peer analysis.
• Prepare materials for pitch books, management presentations, information memos.
• Coordinate and perform due diligence and participate in recruiting efforts.
