You will work with senior bankers on mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and other advisory services, with training through Wall Street Prep during the first year and progression to Associate after three years. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• 1 year to 18 months experience in Sell-Side M&A.
• Strong knowledge of business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic corporate finance and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and team orientation.
• Able to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

D.A. Davidson & Co. is accepting applicants for Experienced Analyst positions in the Investment Banking Technology Group. The Analyst will play a critical role working with senior bankers on strategic assignments, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and other advisory services.

The Analyst program includes training with Wall Street Prep in the first year, with mentorship from senior bankers and ongoing training to advance their skills throughout the three-year program. After three years, Analysts will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Associate.

Qualifications:

Every day as an Analyst will be different. In this role you will:

• Work on a team within the Technology industry vertical, and develop industry specific knowledge

• Create financial analysis for a wide variety of projects, including company valuation, projections, peer analysis, etc.
• Prepare materials for team assignments, such as pitch books, management presentations, information memos, etc.

$105,000 - $115,000 a year

Analysts in their second year at at $105,000 annual salary plus bonus.
