Baskin-Robbins Encino is hiring experienced team members and shift leaders to join our ice cream parlor. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, deliver great customer service, handle cash, and support daily operations.

We value reliability, independence, and a positive attitude. Evening, weekend, and closing availability is required, with shifts up to ~11 PM. Competitive pay with tips and opportunity for advancement are offered.
