Job summary

Jackson Hewitt in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking Experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to join our team for the upcoming tax season. You will help clients maximize tax savings, and use our proprietary tax software to prepare returns with accuracy and care.

We offer flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time seasonal roles, competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and benefits including telemedicine and employee discounts. Training is provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• At least one season of professional tax preparation experience; two or more preferred.
• Knowledge of individual federal and state income tax returns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). We can assist with the application or renewal process.
