Jackson Hewitt - CPI is seeking experienced tax preparers for a seasonal opportunity in West Boylston, MA. You will provide exceptional client service, apply tax knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible schedules, a $150 signing bonus for new employees (terms apply), and opportunities for advancement. 2+ seasons of tax experience are required, along with a willingness to learn and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service for tax clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply tax knowledge and knowledge of tax laws to prepare accurate returns.
• Support clients through the tax process and connect with them in a friendly manner.
