Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - ADX in New York is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity. You will provide exceptional client service, leverage your tax knowledge, and work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules.

We offer a $150 sign-on bonus, performance-based bonuses, full-time and part-time roles, training, healthcare, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing and reviewing tax returns

• Support training and development initiatives for new staff
